Who is Kaval-Levine and how did the organization grow into what it is today?
Nearly 30 years ago Kaval-Levine Management was formed by James (Jim) Kaval and Marcie Levine, the two founding principals, who in 1993 ventured out on their own from the firm they had been involved with. Jim and Marcie had a passion for providing residential housing with the highest standard in not only property offerings, but in customer service. The two felt that this new venture would allow them to do just that.
Over the past 30 years Kaval-Levine Management has chosen to remain small and operate like a small, family owned business. While Jim and Marcie were not actual family, the family owned atmosphere and philosophy was how they wanted to run their company as well as how they wanted the residents in their properties to feel…like family.
To build on this family like approach, the Kaval-Levine Management team is focused on properties that allow their residents to live close to essential amenities while experiencing nature’s beauty on a daily basis. With properties located in ideal locations their focus is also ensuring their properties boast greenspace and a communal natural setting in addition to location, location, location.
Our team at Kaval-Levine Management is proud of what the company is today and remains dedicated to being that family company for years to come.
While Jim Kaval is no longer with us, the company lives on and continues to thrive under the leadership of Marcie Levine.
